I work with each client to find what modalities and approaches will help them best. I enjoy helping folks facing anxiety (generalized anxiety, relationship anxiety, fears/phobias, OCD), sadness/depression (ongoing depression, grief/bereavement, ambiguous loss), trauma (neglect, painful childhood experiences, complex trauma; single incident trauma). Other areas of specialty include attachment related concerns, self esteem/self confidence/worth, addiction relapse prevention.

The modalities I use frequently are EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Schema Therapy, IFS Informed/Ego State Therapy (parts work), Emotion Focused Therapy.

Sometimes we just need a compassionate kind caring presence, an ally, someone who will give us the time and space to explore our thoughts, fears, yearnings so that we can connect with our inner wisdom about how to proceed. I am honored to provide this to you!
